Templates on Windows generate an extra file #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Programme | New
2. Enter some name
3. Main.cpp and qt_temp.IN3486

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Main.cpp is generated. An extra file is also generated.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
All versions on WIndows

Please provide any additional information below.
