give up screen does not state what "hold lmb" does in the bleed out screen

in the bleedout screen, the give up message does not specify what holding lmb does. for new players to this mod, they will not know this will kill them, nor that they can even be revived. it would probably be best to add 'to give up, or wait to be revived by a friend" to the message,
