Changes

Bugs with chest clipping fixed
Synced both models
Code cleanup for slim model
Update CreatoCapes readme with 3d skin incompatibility (yet to be done)

Things to test

3d skin layers compatiblity
Test the following movement animations, like swimming, running, sitting, sleeping and crouching
