Discord Bot Commands - Bounty 1: Default Commands/Tools

Bounty Overview:
A list of admin commands (described below) to be added to the current RallyRoleBot made by Calvin. These commands should be built to be consistent with the current design and be submitted to the Rally community repository as a PR to be reviewed. Once approved, they will be merged and the Bounty will be awarded.

Minimum Requirements:
Implement the commands as described below:
- $setdefaultcoin **- Sets the Default coin and saves that data in a readable spot that other features can easily reference. (Please prompt admin with a message asking them to confirm the change, warning them ) (Allow “none” as a coin option) (Admin only!)
- $changeprefix <!,?,&,$,etc>- Enables the Admin/Botmaster to choose the bots prefix.
- $rolecall - Display Users Who have access to the given role.
- $listAllUsers - Display all users who have registered to get the given role.
- $unregisterUser - Enables the Admin/Botmaster/Specific user to remove a user from the database, using either the rally ID or their discord username.
