Framework for caching data from rally api:

repeating tasks decorator
hourly price caching task
/coins/{coin}/price endpoint for price with <24hr change
/coins/{coin}/historical_price endpoint for cached price data
use pretty_print on get_role_mappings and get_channel_mappings
