Add kmod-leds-pwm #15

When upstreaming to the kernel the pistachio dts had the pwm leds compatible string changed from led-gpio to led-pwm. This means we can no longer use the kmod-leds-gpio.

Upstream preferred just putting this in the config directly so closed.
