pistachio dtbs don't build with `make dtbs` #28

Build linux for pistachio (i.e. not with buildroot or openwrt) doesn't yield any device trees.

Upstream patch sent https://www.linux-mips.org/archives/linux-mips/2017-02/msg00282.html so blocked waiting for them.
