Add patch to support pistachio sound card in LEDE packages #292

The support for pistachio sound card is added in alsa-lib(http://git.alsa-project.org/?p=alsa-lib.git;a=commit;h=4dfa8f08fb834f7b087f35f9ba1746cd0c989d02).

Till alsa-lib gets released which will have the change, the patch will be required in http://git.alsa-project.org/?p=alsa-lib.git;a=commit;h=4dfa8f08fb834f7b087f35f9ba1746cd0c989d02 to support Audio.

This should be opened in our lede project?

@manohar-narkhede-imgtec needs to be closed and re-opened in LEDE I assume
