Build release script #76

Add script/pipeline to promote builds to the release server i.e. automate the current manual process https://imghub.imgtec.org/display/IM/Tagging+Releases .

I want to be able to specify an existing build in our CI system, press a button and all the process required to promote it to an official release on http://downloads.creatordev.io/ to happen.

Now decoupled platform release from creator and refactored release process, so this task is not meaninful
