AutoFarm harvesters not rotating? #1191

I have created 2 different farms with no differences between them, with a magma block fan engine. On Farm #1, only the first harvester will rotate, the rest of them are stationary. On Farm #2, all of the harvesters rotate and it works as intended I had originally created a farm that was in the air, and thought that may have been the problem, after creating the same farm on the ground and it worked, but i decided to remake the farm in the air exactly as i made it on the ground, and it still didn't work, it was then that i remade the ground farm and that did not work either, I cannot think of any reason for this problem occuring.
