[Feature Request] Allow retexturing of casing based blocks by using other casings on them #1853

Allow retexturing of casing based blocks by using other casings on them e.g. Build a encased fan with brass casing, or use a brass casing on an encased fan to swap the texture (similar to applying casing to a shaft.)

This would allow for more uses of refined and shadow casings as well.
