Describe the Suggestion

A block that separates circuits with shaft.You can open it and then set the maximum use of the actual circuit in its interface, as well as the output and input. You can set the limit by percentage or a su value. If the circuit that is at the output. If the circuit that is at the output exceeds the maximum values, then a redstone signal is emitted so that you simply place a clutch next to it at the end and block the circuit.

When you need examples for which you can use it: When you are building a fabric, which produces su, then you can make a fuse, which gives only an amount of su back. And you can make Electricity cost per day, which will be per 50.000su like 1 Diamond or something like that.
