Stressometer/Speedometer that can be set with a Redstone Signal #2767

Describe the Suggestion

A Mode for the Speedometer and/or Stressometer to use them to display the signal strength of a Redstone Signal, similar to how the Nixie Tubes do it.

Additional Context

It could just be a nice way to monitor storage or similar.

I imagine it could be accessed through scrolling into another mode or similar with the wrench.

Alternatively, a Block to Control the Rotational Speed of a System through a Redstone Signal.

Possibly a Rotation Speed Controller but with a few Electron Tubes to make it "smart".
