Windmill shaking back and forth. #3628

Describe the Bug

Hello! I recently updated to Create: Full Steam. I noticed all the windmill sails(just the sails) stopped rotating and started shaking back and forth quickly. I right clicked on the windmill bearing(default rotation mode). Then it spawned in a new windmill that worked but the shaking one stayed. When I go back into the world it fixes itself.

Details:

Mods: Minecraft 1.18.2 Forge 40.1.0 Flywheel 1.18-0.6.4.87 Create 0.5.0c Just Enough Items 9.5.5.174

Mod Configure setting: Default

Reproduction Steps

I can't think of a clear way of reproducing it. I simply made a windmill and later I noticed it bugging out

Expected Result

My expected result would be the windmill wouldn't start shaking in the first place.

I've heard that this is caused by Sodium (and Rubidium). This is the source of my information for more detail.
