When a train is moving in a forge server in the "all the mods 8 modpack". once cars are a certain distance from the player, they stop moving, except for the first car which does keep moving. They will stay frozen until you are within 10-20 blocks of them, once close enough they will snap back to their place in the train.
Reproduction Steps
Minecraft forge server for all the mods 8
Set a train in motion
Get more than 10-20 blocks away from any car that isn't the first car of the train
...
Expected Result
Cars will freeze in place until close enough, then they will snap back to their place in the train.
