Seated mobs on bearing contraptions take damage on ESC/reload #4806

Bug description

Mobs occupying a Seat on a certain level of a contraption being rotated by a Mechanical Bearing from the top take half a heart of damage whenever the game is rejoined after pausing with Escape or exiting to title.

Reproduction Steps

Build and superglue the contraption pictured below. image Put mobs in the seats and activate the bearing. Press ESC twice to exit and rejoin the game. The middle mob takes damage, but not the upper and lower one.

Expected Result

Mobs do not take damage upon pausing and unpausing the game.
