Glow berries not harvested properly with mechanical harvesters

Describe the Bug

Glow berries are harvested when a glow berry vine is present in front of the mechanical harvester. But the vines themselves don't drop glow berries, this means that they are never obtained, unless a new vine block grows, and then grows a berry before the mechanical harvester reaches it.

Reproduction Steps

1. Make any farm using mechanical harvesters, for instance a minecart contraption with a mechanical harvester attached.
2. Place a glow berry vine 1 block above the path of the mechanical harvester.
3. When the vine grows it will be harvested before a berry can grow, and no berry is obtained in the contraption storage.

Expected Result

The harvester does not harvest the vine until a berry grows on it. It would preferably also not destroy the vine, the same way the mechanical harvester works with regular berry bushes.
