Occasional HashMap mod loading crash on client start.

Describe the Bug

Sometimes when starting the client it will crash with the message "Create (create) has failed to load correctly", but only sometimes.

Reproduction Steps

Crash is inconsistent, I have not found a way to reliably reproduce.

Expected Result

Create to always load correctly.
