Create has failed to load correctly

Describe the Bug

crash-2023-07-23_11.25.16-fml.txt Sometimes create load correctly but others just fail. Something interesting is that I'm sure that there is a mod on the modpack which is causing create to fail, due to the fact that in my world either the gantry carriage or the mechanical piston do not work correctly, indeed they sometimes dissapear

Expected Result

While loading all the mods, create has failed.

I agree, it also happens to me but I'm using Forge 43.2.21
