Error initilalizing mod 'cause create require a non existing flywheel version #5373

Describe the Bug

Bug happens on Create v0.5.1.c for minecraft 1.18.2.

Create requirements for flywheel need version between 0.6.9 and 0.6.10, but last version of flywheel is 0.6.8a for 1.18.2

Reproduction Steps

1.just launch minecraft with create 0.5.1.c 2. 3. ...

Expected Result

Minecraft able to start

Ahh that's probably GDlauncher that downloaded it 'cause the requirement but didn't expected that flywheel already in Create, ok my bad on this so :D i' close it of course :)
