Not showing the info about stress limits #5390

Describe the Bug

When looking through JEI or the engineer`s goggles the ui showing strange "1%$s" line.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Just look on thing that uses or provides stress capacity and that`s it,

Expected Result

Not see the broken stats.
