12 months ago Update on this issue. It does persist in 1.20.1 partly. The exact problem with the AE2 knife works just as intended and the persistent items from Pam's Harvestcraft is no longer consumed. The problem has now shifted to the mixer only registering the persistent item for the first craft. The item then stays in the basin but won't be used for another craft until you take it out and put it back in.
This test was carried out on 1.20.1 with Forge 47.1.47 with Create 0.5.1d, Pam's 1.0.0 and AE2 15.0.11. Aside from library mods, JEI and Jade these were the only installed mods.
Describe the Bug
When using the mixer to do automatic crafting it consumes items that would normally take damage or be persistent in a crafting table.
Reproduction Steps
Expected Result
Tool or persistent item to remain in the mixer. If using CraftTweaker to make a custom recipe with either

Additional Context
Reason for using 0.5.1.b and not a higher version is because mod dev for Steam 'n' Rails has not updated yet to support higher versions and will crash if placing the monobogey in a newer version.
