11 months ago issue affects more than just treasure maps. attempting to purchase any explorer map from cartographer villager trader results in immediate client crash with following error
"Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.io.IOException: Packet 0/41 (ClientboundMapItemDataPacket) was larger than I expected, found 1 bytes extra whilst reading packet 41"
this error will also appear when attempting to retrieve an explorer or treasure map from chests

Describe the Bug
When adding a treasure map to a players inventory the client gets booted from server. This can only be resolved by clearing the players data or deleting the players profile from the world data. This issue only persists on the server, does not persist in single player. Using a version of create after patch H.
Reproduction Steps
Expected Result
Clients will get booted from server, Server and other players are fine.

Additional Context
Fairly sure this is an issue persisting after patch H and is related to create due to the nature of the similarity to a create bug pre-patch H. I am hosting using apex hosting, using the PopePack Modpack on curseforge, the server is running the exact same modpack with the addition of luckyperms.
