[1.20.1] Create 0.5.1.d common.toml file empty! | No worldgen for either stones or ores. #5622

Describe the Bug

All new stone types and ores do not generate in the world, not even in newly generated chunks.

P.S: I will edit this Bug Report to include all mods that are in my custom modpack!

Reproduction Steps

  1. Create a blank and clean slate for a profile in the CurseForge app for Minecraft 1.20.1 (Forge v47.2.0)
  2. Install Create v0.5.1.d
  3. Play and test, this works
  4. Install all other mods mentioned at Other Mods
  5. Play and test, this most likely won't work.
  6. Profit? Maybe?

Expected Result

That the different Zinc Ores and other new stones types generate.

Additional Context

It appears that the create-common.toml file is empty except for disabling all of creates world generation option.

I also have the missing options in the config (v0.5.1e), but the zinc and ore generate

the options were removed in 1.20.1 as worldgen was redone making those options impossible
