Visual glitch/bug with contraptions

Describe the Bug

Hi, I'm having this issue while playing in a custom modpack.

Reproduction Steps

Make any block moves or rotates with Create

Expected Result

Continuous moving instead of glitching

I'm also experiencing this issue on 1.19.2 while running a similarly large modpack, which may help diagnose the issue. Here are all the mod that overlap in our lists that affect rendering:

Edit: Removing the following mods had no effect on resolving the issue: 1) TexTrue's Embeddium Options 2) Cull Less Leaves 3) Entity Culling 4) Canary 5) Saturn 6) Radon (though radon was not in your mod list)
