I don't have the .log because Crashreporter not generate it or not detect the issue but when I scroll down to see notifications in the LS and Notification Center the respring happens just when Quart is enable
The aleatory resprings maybe occurs by the incompatibility with Quart
If you need test something please tell me
Oh And go to the camera in the LS and NC cause respring with Quart activated
