There seems to be a confliction between Fabric 2 and Quart.
When you have a lot of notifications on the Lock Screen or Notification Center and you scroll to the bottom the device will freeze.
This doesn't happen with Fabric 2 and any other notification tweak and also doesn't happen when using Quart with another lock screen tweak so I believe it is a confliction between Fabric 2 and Quart.
