Investigate and track the development of each species #8

We need to set up a system for this, and I'm trying to figure out what the easiest way is.

We could just make a table or super long list of each species and the standards (#2) that it does or doesn't meet, but I wonder if there's better ways to go about this, like using the project boards (but then would we make a board for every species? Or stick all the cards on one board? That's a lot of boards/cards!). Maybe sticking a checklist file into each species folder and going from that would suffice, but it seems a pity to not use the automation functions that are there.

I'm still learning my way around github so if there's anyone more experienced who has organization suggestions, I would appreciate it.

Additionally, until we get a formal system in place, you can feel free to comment on what's already been investigated/finished here, just for the sake of keeping track of things.

The Purbana, Pinky Plant and Bluebell have been updated with push, pull, and hit scripts for the proper stimuli (#84).
