[Bug] RawDevArt and SenManga (Japanese Catalogs) not working #32

After clearing all caches and refreshing catalogs several times, RawDevArt and SenManga both don't have any catalogs.

RawDevArt shows No manga/comics. Server, connection or parser error.

While SenManga shows the same.
