At the moment it's possible for users to create items that have identical names - discuss the best way to prevent/minimise resulting ambiguity.

items with identical names are fine, surely? I may have several dartboards for sale, and several different users may sell dartboards.

Amazon and ebay are full of items with identical names. It is up to sellers to distinguish them by description/price/availability etc
