Reverse transfer refers to the process by which a student who has transferred from a two-year to a four-year institution can transfer credits back to the community college in order to earn an associate degree.

I think Nate is right, our transfer value is "direction agnostic". If so, how about a section in the handbook on reverse transfer, similar to the section on trnasfer intermediary. Presumably reverse transfer comes with a condition along the lines of "student can transfer credits from X to us so long as they are a former student of ours and/or already have N credits from us", otherwise it is just transfer. So the key is in expressing that condition.
