Add hasJob, hasOccupation to WorkRole #908

At this point, these are the only missing connections between the four work classes.

Subject: ceterms:hasJob, ceterms:hasOccupation Predicate: schema:domainIncludes Object: ceterms:WorkRole

Per @jeannekitchens this update is to be made right now to the September 2023 CTDL schema release, and will not wait for the usual round of discussions/release schedule/etc

These changes have been made in current CTDL and noted in the history tracking.
