All tagged photos option always selected despite unchecked

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select only 'Entire album if it contains tagged photo'
2. Start download
3. Review screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Only option 'Entire album if it contains tagged photo' is checked
But 'All tagged photos of user' option is also selected

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
