Remove Photo Download Limit #126

I wanted to download all albums uploaded by someone/page but I only manage to 
download 5000 of the photos. Previously someone did issued about this problem. 
It seems that the limit was quite unconventional for PG users. I was really 
hoping the limit could be removed. Thanks.
