What steps will reproduce the problem?

2. Login
3. Attempt to download anything
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Download photos and organize them by album. Instead, only a few photos download.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version, Win 7 x64
Please provide any additional information below.
Tried to download my friends pictures so I could print some out for her. She
has ~5,000 pictures and only 15 were seen & downloaded.
