What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After dragging the app icon to my app folder and launching the app
2. i got a request to submit a login toekn
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PhotoGrabber-OSX-r83. MAC OS X 10.6.7

i'm alright now. thanks. my internet connection was initially too slow in 
connecting to the site where the token would be generated
