What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I use photo grabber
2.like normal
3.BUT then it doesnt work on some people, it say download complete, and theres
1 or no photos.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
well I should get all their pics.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
the newest ver, windows 7

only on some people. Strange, I cannot idetify this trend, only happend to 2
people for me, and 5 for my friends/
