Nether quartz Chicken isn't spawing

I got this mod and the only thing I am having problems with is that I can't find any of the chickens that can spawn in the nether in the nether. I looked through the internet and all I found was the orginial mod and tutorial, and tutorial of what to do, or even change the mod. But nothing has worked so can someone pls tell me how to fix this. Also I am using the 19.2 version

Nether chickens are a little rare, They primarily spawn in the Nether Forrest biomes.

Hey I have been look around in creative to find one and I can't find it, does it have to be on a certain difficulty and I am asking this so I can find it in my world.

Apologies, I missed the part where you said this is fort 1.19.2. I am primarily working on version 1.20+ I do not know if we are still officially supporting the older versions.
