1.18.2 Client hangs when loading Config changes

Issue Description:

Playing in a custom modpack, the client tends to hang on start when reloading the FTBbackups2.json, with it being the last entry in the log + MC sitting on a blank white screen with RAM + CPU unmoving for some time (unknown if it'll self resolve, I just restart til it works)

What happens:

Boot up modded MC pack, window pops open and fails to load the Mojang loading screen, remains white for excessive amounts of time.

What you expected to happen: The client to take some time to load, but not to hang on reloading the FTB backups JSON.

Steps to reproduce:

Use attached modpack, have FTB backups enabled on client, play game as normal.

Close,

On next launch, game hangs on white screen and usually at or right before the FTB backups line in the latest.log on a white screen.

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

FTB Backups 2: 1.0.14/16/and 17 (last 3 versions) Minecraft: 1.18.2 Forge: 40.1.84

To expand, it happens with default config file AND edited. Works fine on the server.

Possibly related to a Java/IPV4 setting for Minecraft causing the client to hang on start and coincidence. Leaving open for someone with more knowledge than I.

That log line is posted at the end of the config reload, I very much doubt that this is an issue with our mod

Yeah, After testing this is not an issue with our config reloading. This would be an issue with another mod that is just not printing anything
