[Bug]: Can't click links #661

Describe the bug

Links are blocked by clicking user menu.

Steps to reproduce

Click link. Get user menu instead of link activation.

Expected behaviour

Click link opens the 'you are about to open a link' dialog and lets you open the link in the browser.

Seems to have randomly resolved itself.
