[Bug]: Can't have friends #698

Describe the bug

I can't invite friends nor play with them

Steps to reproduce

  1. I open minecraft
  2. I invite a friend of mine in the global chat because the buttons on the right in the friend list don't work
  3. I accept the invite
  4. The friend list doesn't update and I still have no friends

Expected behaviour

I click "accept invite" and then I can see the updated list

How long did you wait? There was a version released that sent too many requests, too often, so the cache time was greatly increased which may have caused long periods where accepting new friends did not show.
