Trying to send friend request after being banned results in a client crash
Steps to reproduce
log in to chat with other users in it
say the word "dumb" and get banned
(chat is preserved but not updated) right click a name in the chat and send a friend request
Expected behaviour
Sending friend requests either isnt possible for users not connected to the server or upon the attempt, the exception is handled and communicated to the user
