Describe the bug

Cannot Open to Friends in single game world, button is not clickable

Steps to reproduce

  1. Press ECS in single game
  2. See that the button is not pressed and is gray

Expected behaviour

Have ability open to friends the world

We are currently in the process of rolling out a new MT connect system, but this has not yet been ported back to 1.12. The old system should now be back up and running.
