Refactor modloaders to be a bit more stream lined, also added fabric support #2

PR created as requested. Feel free to throw it out and use your own way.

This hasnt had much testing at all, it launched the game once ;)

Error handling needs quite a bit of work overall, for now I tried to follow how you handled this when installing forge. I also assume you will want to re-host fabric on your own servers. I have tried to follow your coding sytle, but im sure ive missed some places.

Make sure you do plenty of testing with this, as it’s not something I did.
