The RFC number is 7807 and not 7809 .
It came to my notice when I was writing over : https://discourse.zendframework.com/t/feedback-on-problem-details-module/107 . Also noticed there was an issue https://github.com/Crell/ApiProblem/issues/17 which was not addressed for long time.
Also there is a question whether you have implemented the spec for it was linking to the draft (https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-nottingham-http-problem-07) , and does the spec changed when they released the RFC ?
The 2.0 release and all future releases are based on the final RFC. I apparently just typoed the RFC number. :-( Thanks for the PR.
