What does this PR do?

  1. KitX Mobile

    • Updated version rule in order to keep same version with KitX Dashboard
    • Added log file related settings in Settings Page

  2. KitX Website

    • Now you can click download item to download files.

  3. KitX Docs

    • Updated CI/CD files, so that KitX Docs repo will automatically make release when tags pushed.
