This story implements the action of the edit (pencil) icon in each row of the ReservationTable component

• [x] launch modal from pencil
• [x] add actions to modal
• [x] add fields to form/modal
• [ ] submit modal
• [ ] call update reservation
• [ ] clear form fields?
• [ ] pass the Reservation ID
• [ ] confirm that the Reservation is updated in the Table
• [ ] confirm that the Reservation is updated in the DB
