UPDATE: Wrote and tested chest inventory limit (bar) setting.
CONTROLS:
PAGEUP / DOWN to increment bar by 1
SHIFT + PAGEUP / DOWN to increment bar by 5
CONTROL + PAGEUP / DOWN to set bar to max or 0
Works only for chests, otherwise says "not at chest."
