Mobile Interface: Work Order Map

The Mobile Work Order Map should work just like the desktop interface with the following caveats:

• Center on current location (from mobile device)
• If no mobile device location, then guess location, and zoom to a reasonable magnitude?
• By default, only show open work orders that are unclaimed or claimed by your organization.
• Only load the work orders that are in the map window, if possible; or the county in which the map is centered... whichever is easier.
• Simplified InfoBox; The "Edit" links to the mobile version of the Work Order Form.
