Point of Contact List #146

Open aarontitus opened 11 years ago

Original author: v...@aarontitus.net (January 14, 2013 01:08:42)

All Points of Contacts for other organizations should be available to members of other participating organizations. Wherever an organization is mentioned, (e.g. Claimed by: NECHAMA), the organization name should include a hyperlink to an organization home page listing all of the points of contact, and their contact information.

This way, a person knows exactly how to contact an organization if they have a question about a particular work order status.

Point of Contact information must be clearly marked "Not for Public Disclosure," and indicate that no organization may release point-of-contact data to a member of the public without the prior consent of the organization. Point of Contact information is for internal use only.

From andy.n.g...@gmail.com on February 17, 2013 04:39:00 can click info box

contacts available at

/admin->display contents /organization-settings /organization-info

aarontitus commented 11 years ago

From v...@aarontitus.net on February 18, 2013 18:01:31 Error: /organization-info creates a 500 error when signed in as a non-admin. Error: /organization-settings seems to contain only contacts for the currently logged-on organization, not every organization.

Incomplete: On the infobox, "Claimed by: MHH-Lynbrook NY District" should link to something like Claimed by: MHH-Lynbrook NY District

From andy.n.g...@gmail.com on February 18, 2013 22:22:36 I think these require some explanation.

organization-info is for a single organizations information. This url becomes available in the info box. When you click "Contact Organization", it brings you to /organization-info?organization=

I will make an error message for when a person tries to navigate to /organization-info.

Organization settings *is only for the currently logged in organization. This is where they can add contacts, edit their own contacts, and edit their organization information.

I will look into changing the part on the infobox marked as incomplete.

From andy.n.g...@gmail.com on February 18, 2013 22:31:02 Since you tried to navigate directly to organization-info, at that page, I will show a list of all orgs for this event.

From andy.n.g...@gmail.com on February 23, 2013 07:28:56 A point of contact list is implemented at /see-all-contacts. Also, at /organization-info, you can click on any organization and see their contacts.

From v...@aarontitus.net on February 25, 2013 02:57:50 Looks good. Just implement a hyperlink on the infobox (see comment #2)
